Returns and Refunds
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of product delivery, in accordance with current regulations.
Requests must be sent to:
indicating your full name, order number, and the products you intend to return.
Products must be intact, unopened, properly stored, and returned in their original packaging.
Customer is responsible for the return charges.

Products Excluded from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
food products that have been opened or partially used;
products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
sealed products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
improperly stored products;
products damaged by the customer.
Products Damaged During Transit
if products are damaged during transit, the customer must submit a report within 48 hours of delivery to:
The report must include:
the order number;
a description of the damage;
photographs of the product;
photographs of the packaging;
photograph of the shipping label.
After verifying the documentation, Olivèra will refund the value of the damaged items only, within 15 days.
The shipping costs originally incurred by the customer are not refunded.
This procedure does not limit the rights recognized by current regulations in the event of non-conforming products.
